Fellows zijn "faculty members" met een uitstekende track record in Entrepreneurship research en aansprekende internationale publicaties. Fellows zijn bereid een actieve rol te spelen bij het organiseren van seminars, graduate courses, begeleiden van PhD's en de verspreiding van de resultaten van het onderzoek voor een groter publiek (outreach). Voor international fellows geldt bovendien dat ze ACE regelmatig bezoeken om hun werk te presenteren.
